The Helper and Trusted badges

Alongside Known Trader and Content Creator, two more community badges can appear next to a name: Helper and Trusted. Both are given by staff, and both stack with your other badges.

Helper

For people who are a consistently positive, helpful presence in the community.

• A warm Helper name style and the Helper icon next to your name.

Trusted

For established, reliable members who have a solid track record.

• A Trusted name style (mint/white) and the Trusted icon next to your name.

How they're earned

Both are granted by staff, not applied for. There's no form and no checklist to grind. The team notices members who:

• Help others regularly and answer questions.
• Stay active and positive across the games and Discord.
• Trade honestly and handle themselves well.

Good to know

• Helper and Trusted are identity badges, they change your name style and icon but don't add trade-ad or avatar frames on their own.
