Demand, trend & item stats

Value and RAP tell you how much. Demand and Trend tell you how healthy an item is. Read them together and you'll trade a lot smarter.

Demand

Demand is how many people actually want the item:

DemandWhat it means
AmazingEveryone wants it. Trades fast.
HighStrong interest. Easy to trade.
NormalSteady, average interest.
LowHarder to move.
TerribleVery few want it. Expect to wait or overpay to offload.
N/ANot rated.

High demand items are liquid, easy to trade at value. Low demand items can be worth a lot on paper but tough to actually trade.

Trend

Trend is the direction the item's value is moving:

TrendWhat it means
RaisingValue is climbing.
StableHolding steady.
LoweringValue is falling.
FluctuatingBouncing up and down.
UnstableUnpredictable. Trade with care.
UnassignedNo trend set.

Other stats

  • Rarity: how scarce the item is within the game.
  • Copies: roughly how many exist (shown for some games). Fewer copies often means more scarcity value.
  • Tradeable: whether the item can be traded at all. Untradeable items may still be listed for reference.
  • Type or category: helps you filter and compare like-for-like.

Putting it together

  • Great hold: High or Amazing demand with a Raising or Stable trend.
  • Be selective: Normal demand with a Fluctuating trend. Fine, but time it.
  • Risky: Low or Terrible demand, or a Lowering or Unstable trend. You may struggle to trade it later.
