Trade ad & loading issues

Here are the common trade-ad and loading problems and how to fix them.

My trade ad won't post

Check these first:

• Cooldown. You can post one ad per game every 15 minutes (8 minutes for VIP). If you just posted, wait for the timer.
• Empty ad. An ad needs at least one item, or currency where the game allows currency-only offers.
• Too many items. Each side is capped by the game (for example, 18 in Baddies, 4 in Murder Mystery 2). Remove items to get under the limit.
• Blocked note. Notes are filtered. Off-platform links and "add my Discord" style text are rejected. Edit the note and try again.
• Muted from notes. If you are muted from posting notes, you can still post the ad without a note.
• Trade-banned. If your account is restricted from trading, you can't post until it is resolved. See Warnings, mutes, bans & appeals.

I can't edit my ad

Editing is allowed once, and only within 15 minutes of posting. If you are past the window or already edited once, cancel the ad and post a fresh one. See Editing or deleting your trade ad.

Item images won't load

Item and avatar images come from Roblox and can take a moment to appear. Refresh the page, and if a specific image stays blank, give it a little time and refresh again.

A page won't load

1. Refresh the page.
2. Do a hard refresh to clear the cached version (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
3. Try a different browser or an incognito window to rule out an extension.
4. Check your internet connection.

The mobile app is acting up

If the app feels stuck or slow, fully close and reopen it, and make sure you are on the latest version from your app store. A fresh launch clears most temporary glitches.
