"I got scammed": what Bloxtsar can and can't do

First, the hard truth: trades happen inside Roblox, and Bloxtsar never holds your items. That shapes what we can and can't do after a scam.

What Bloxtsar can do

• Act on the scammer's account. Confirmed scamming carries a permanent ban. We can also mute, restrict their trading or community access, and tag the account.
• Warn others publicly. Scammers can be added to the Deal with Caution registry so future traders see the flag.
• Review your report. Moderators read the reported chat and any evidence, and act where the rules were broken. Bans apply across Bloxtsar and our Discord.

What Bloxtsar can't do

• Restore your items. We can't touch Roblox inventories, so scammed items can't be returned or refunded.
• Reverse an in-game trade. Once a Roblox trade completes, it's final and Bloxtsar can't undo it.
• Settle disputes over a completed trade, or vouch for an item's authenticity or value on your behalf.
• Help much with off-platform deals. If the scam happened on Discord or elsewhere after you left Bloxtsar, there's little we can do.

How to report a scam

1. In the conversation, tap Report and choose Scamming (or Link Scamming if a link was involved).
2. Add what happened in the details box. You can paste links to video or screenshot evidence.
3. For lost items or anything the chat report doesn't cover, open a ticket at Support under User Reports, "A user scammed me".
